SOCOTEC Building Control Ltd’s national coverage ensures that the whole rollout programme can be dealt with by one main point of contact. This extends to Scotland where SOCOTEC Building Control Ltd can assist with obtaining the appropriate Building Warrant, as well as applications in Northern Ireland and Wales. As an integral part of the design team, SOCOTEC Building Control Ltd play an active role with the design process ensuring that the fast turnaround times required to maintain sales operations are achieved.
