Project Overview
Set between Lyle Park and Thames Barrier Park is one of the longest stretches of open green space along the Thames, the Royal Wharf is perfectly placed on London’s River Thames, just east of Canary Wharf and down water from Greenwich and the O2 Arena.
Brief scope of works
SOCOTEC Buidling Control Ltd provided building control for the prestigious Royal Wharf, Docklands, London development. The development comprises of 26 low and high rise plots over 40 acres of former derelict ground fronting the River Thames. We provided a dedicated team headed by a board director on a fast track, high profile project providing close support to the design team.
